Join me for this long weekend retreat nestled in the fall forest among the trees. Our 3 days will be full of mindful yoga movement and restorative practice, relaxation and self-care, nourishment, a few surprises, and plenty of time to enjoy nature and just be. We’ll engage in activities that will make us laugh, reflect, and recharge our spirit so that we can carry that back home with us.

Transportation and meals are not included in the retreat cost.
Be sure to bring your yoga mat, plus a strap, 1-2 blocks, 1-2 blankets, and any other props you’d like. I will bring have a few extras.
