Join me Sunday, August 18 for a half-day yoga retreat at Adeline Farms. The day will be full of nourishing activities including:
One 2-Hour all-level mid-morning Yoga experience under the old oak tree with live music.
A delicious, nourishing outdoor picnic lunch.
An afternoon on the farm to walk to the Lewis River for a swim, bring a lawn game, take your SUP or kayak out on lake Merwin, or just enjoy and unwind time in the fresh air, take a nap, or read a book in the shade.

Many of you have asked if you can bring a non-yoga family member, so we added that as a registration option.
$60 per person | 10:30AM Yoga Class, Lunch, and Farm Day
$50 per person* | Farm Day and Lunch - excludes Yoga
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring a yoga mat as well a blanket (that you can also use for a picnic blanket in the afternoon), a couple of myofascial balls or tennis balls, a strap, and at least one block (I will have a few blocks available for purchase if you do not have one). Please also bring a lawn chair.
