Release Tension in Neck, Shoulders and Arms

In this two-hour workshop we will explore tools and methods to create more ease in shoulders, neck and arms. The workshop begins with a short lecture and hand-out on neck and shoulder anatomy, followed by hands-on instruction on myofascial release methods and simple Yoga poses you can practice to alleviate tension created by work stress, postural habits, and overuse through sports activities. The workshop uses simple tools such as Myofascial Release balls, rolled-up blankets, Yoga blocks and straps
