Free Your Thoracic Spine | Yoga Pearl

Do you ever feel stuck in some kind of stiff armor while all the other Yogis twist and bend in any direction? We really don’t need extreme Yoga poses to live healthy lives, but we do need our thoracic spine to move with a level of freedom to optimize organ functionality, and help us reduce risk of creating lumbar or cervical spine issues.

This workshop will offer simple tools to mobilize our thoracic spine, link its movements seamlessly with its adjacent spine segments and our shoulders, and find optimal three-dimensional breath. 45 Minutes of Myofascial Release + 75 minutes of moving practice.
