Balance & Ease - The Relationship of Hips, Legs and Feet

In this workshop we will explore the functional connection between our hips, legs and feet. The workshop begins with a short review and handout on basic anatomy the its relationship with common hip, leg, knee, and foot issues. We will apply our new understanding to these relationships in our main practice with hands-on instruction of myofascial release methods and simple yoga poses to create healthy movement patterns throughout our lower body segment. This workshop uses simple tools and methods that anyone can use at home, such as Myofascial Release balls, rolled-up blankets, Yoga blocks and straps.
