Small Group (2-3 participants) and Private Sessions are ideal for anyone desiring or requiring customized exercise or for addressing specific needs. We can design exercises based on physician recommendations and contraindications. A movement evaluation with be conducted for every new client to create a program based on individual needs and goals. Clients are assigned simple home exercises and we will meet 1-2 times per week. With participants never exceeding three, this option works well as cost-savings, while still offering much hands-on personal attention, homework and periodic re-evaluation.
